I was thinking over the next topic and it suddenly struck me that I have been writing about good and bad and I haven't given you a list of possible good habits to consider. So here is the list .. Read it.
1, Early to bed and Early to Rise
2, Enjoy nutritous Breakfast
3, Exercise daily
4, Use the Stairs
5, Use money wisely and invest more.
6, Do it now and don't procrastinate
7, Ask Experts when in doubt
8, Read Regularly. Listen to motivational tapes.
9, Invest time in Hobbies
10, Spend qualiy time with your family
11, Keep up your commitments
12, Plan your next day ahead. Visualise it.
13, Reduce your TV time
14, Look into the eye when you speak to people
15, Listen to understand
16, Be curious to learn more
17, Volunteer to help.
